An introduction to the Enneagram

The Enneagram is one of the strongest communication tools that we have today, in private as well as professional relations.

This 2-day course will give you an insight into the 9 different personality types of the Enneagram, the characteristics of their behaviour, actions and the motivational factors and values that causes them to be who they are.

You will learn the possibilities that the Enneagram offers to look into and understand the different types' patterns of reacting and perspectives on work, private life and life in general. It is a strong tool to use in terms of helping friends, clients and employees, and last, but not least, yourself in decisionmaking, solving problems, putting together teams and much more. We are not conscious of the motives behind our actions. For that reason these motives often leave us stuck with problems and patterns we cannot change, such as aggressiveness and stress. With the Enneagram there is a way out of these patterns.

The course is open for everyone. It is also the basis for our EnneagramCoach™ certification, which makes you qualified to coach others on their conscious, subconscious and unconscious level.
