Coaching brings out people's ressources. It is goal-directed and aimed towards the future. The EnneagramCoach™ education will make you qualified to coach others on their conscious, subconscious as well as their unconscious level.
EnneagramCoach™ is an education based on the knowledge of the 9 personality types of the Enneagram, and the advantage you get from using that knowledge as an effective tool in your coaching.
The Enneagram gives you insight into the human psyche and our very different patterns of thinking and acting. With the understanding of this, the coach is able to assist the coachee to discover new sides, hidden ressources and competence.

Why should you become a certified EnneagramCoach™?
Coaching is one of the fastest growing areas within psychological communication tools. People, including business management and other leaders, take an increasing interest in coaching. Our education provides tools for life coaching as well as executive coaching.
As a leader you will experience a considerable increase in your competence in staff management. You will be able to motivate your employees in a goal-oriented way, increase team effectivity and you will be regarded as a dynamic and charismatic leader, who can coach individuals or teams to reach results of their own.
In the course of your training, your abilities to discover and work with your own behavioural patterns will be enhanced. This will help you recognize and avoid any pitfalls you as a coach might fall into.
A complete education in coaching
The education consists of 5 modules (not including Introduction to the Enneagram - read about this 2 day course here). You acquire the basic knowledge of the Enneagram at the 2 day Introduction to the Enneagram course, and fundamental training in coaching in the first module of the education. In the next module, we focus on concrete and in-depth coaching tools, working with values and convictions. In the following modules, we employ the more comprehensive and deep-going theories and we provide goal-oriented tools and models to work with various defense mechanisms, unconscious patterns and motivations. All the time supported by the psychological knowledge which the Enneagram provides.
