The Enneagram is one of the strongest communication tools that we use today in our private as well as our professional life.

Now, COREFINDER introduces a comprehensive program for people who wish to make a stronger impact in their communication to others, using the Enneagram typology as an active tool.

Working as leader, consultant, sales person or in teaching, you want to make certain that the message conveyed by your communication is heard. As an Enneagram Consultant , you will have a unique tool to help you.

We are not conscious of the motives for our actions which therefore often leave us stuck with problems and negative patterns of reacting such as aggressiveness and stress. The Enneagram will help you identify and understand different patterns of reacting, motives and values of each Enneagram type. It will be a communication tool for you as leader in recruitment and dialogue, and you will be able to help clients, employees, friends and yourself to personal development.

Introduction to the Enneagram

Before you start the Enneagram Consultant training program you will need basic knowledge of the Enneagram typology which you get from our two day course Introduction to the Enneagram, or a similar course.

Enneagram Consultant: Training program

During this program which consists of 4 modules, we focus on different aspects of the Enneagram as well as the use of the many different important tools we get from the typology. In between every module we meet for one whole day in business focus groups to discuss the Enneagram in relation to a specific business case or topic and to share knowledge and experience. At the modules we see how we may identify the 9 types, how to employ the Enneagram in different situations such as conflicts and recruitment, what motivates the different types, etc. Knowing the values and convictions of each type, we appreciate the advantages of the Enneagram as a tool for dialogue. You will become able to convey the messages you wish to communicate, and they will be heard and understood. In this process, you will learn to use the Enneagram as a tool in management, and you will also learn how the different types complement each other.

The certification program includes a project which gives you the possibility to work with how you interact with others as a leader, consultant, sales person or teacher. In the fourth module, you will present your project which, together with a theoretical test, will form the basis of your final evaluation and certification as Enneagram Consultant.

The Action Learning Principle

The Enneagram Consultant training program is based on the principles of Action Learning. Action Learning is a metod that enables you as a student to practice what you learn and profit from challenges in real life. Action Learning is based on learning theories which a/o originate from research on the maximum effect of learning made by David Kolb. Research groups in Learning Lab Denmark use the results of this research in their own work, combining them with the latest brain research. They discover and describe learning methods far more effective that traditional, widely spread teaching methods. The Enneagram Trainer certification is based on this new knowledge about Action Learning, which is well suited to create learning that lasts. With Action Learning, you will continue to develop your skills also after you have completed your education.
